A shop captain (or co-captain) is a dedicated volunteer who leads a shop at TinkerMill. The shop captains are responsible for maintaining the shops and helping to ensure that shops are successful and of value to the community. Shop captains can delegate tasks to other members who volunteer to be "shop champions".
Shop captains are not paid. They are volunteers who are offering their time and expertise to help the community. We are always looking for volunteers to help. So, if you are interested in being a shop captain or helping a shop captain, please reach out and let us know.
