Each shop at TinkerMill has a Shop Captain responsible for it. Shop Captain duties include:

A shop captain (or co-captain) is a dedicated volunteer who leads a shop at TinkerMill. The shop captains are responsible for maintaining the shops and helping to ensure that shops are successful and of value to the community. Shop captains can delegate tasks to other members who volunteer to be "shop champions".
